Q: Are these products food-safe?

A: Yes! All MINERΛLIS serveware is made from professional grade, food-safe resin. While safe for dry or cold foods, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with hot liquids to preserve the resin and gold accents.

Q: Are all items handmade?

A: Absolutely! Each piece is handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in leaf patterns, color layers, and veining make every MINERΛLIS item unique — a true work of art.

Q: Can these pieces be used in the microwave or dishwasher?

A: No. To maintain the beauty and longevity of your serveware, please hand-wipe with a soft, damp cloth, soap and water.  Avoid heat or abrasive cleaning. Don’t soak in water.

Q: Do you offer custom designs or sizes?

A: Custom orders are not available at this time as I focus on creating new collections and expanding my ready-to-ship inventory.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Each MINERΛLIS piece is ready to ship. Expect domestic receipt of order within 7-8 days, if there are no delays with UPS or FedEx.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: We take extra care in packaging, but if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to replace or resolve the issue quickly.

Q: Can I give these pieces as gifts?

A: Absolutely! MINERΛLIS serveware makes a luxurious, memorable gift for weddings, anniversaries, holidays, or special occasions. All serveware comes in a giftable black box with ribbon.  The only exception may be extremely large platters that would require special gift wrapping.

Q: How should I display or care for my MINERΛLIS pieces?

A: Treat your serveware as functional art. Keep away from direct heat, clean gently, and showcase the pieces to highlight their unique mineral-inspired design.
